All the costs are covered within your plan – meaning that there are no more costly callout, labour or parts fees to pay for the breakdown of your boiler in your home that you rely upon for your day-to-day living.

All the costs are covered within your plan – meaning that there are no more costly callout, labour or parts fees to pay for the breakdown of your boiler in your home that you rely upon for your day-to-day living.

What is included:

  • Gas boiler leak or breakdown* *In the event of a gas leak call the National Gas Emergency Service immediately on 0800 111 999
  • Heat exchanger replacement
  • Timing or temperature control faults
  • Unlimited claims and callouts (provided the boiler is not beyond economical repair)

What is not included:

  • Repair or replacement of any boiler which is Beyond Economical Repair (BER). A contribution towards a new boiler will be made in place of this
  • Issues where the gas has been capped, for example in vacant properties
  • Central Heating System (e.g. Radiators) unless the additional Central Heating option is added
  • Replacement of water tanks or cylinders
  • Repairs if you have not followed recommendations for any remedial or maintenance work that would prevent future breakdowns
